And I quote "I could get used to this" ~My Hubby

I had never heard of this before about a month ago!  Pretty fun stuff! Here's some facts that I have learned tonight about Spaghetti Squash.

1.) It contains about 40 calories per cup where the noodles I usually use contain about 200
2.) The deeper the color, the more antioxidants it provides
3.) It might just be easier than making noodles!

Tonight was my first time to cook it I actually ended up doing this in the Microwave just because It was so quick and everything I read said it would taste the same (same texture ect.) I was so impressed at how easy this was! I am ALL FOR easy and healthy!

A Healthier Chew

My Friend Megan Introduced me to The Hungry Girl so I found her on Pinterest and now follow her healthier option recipes, this was the first I have tried, and it was worth all 272 Calories!

She (the Hungry Girl) commonly takes recipes from restaurants and popular dishes and then suggests how to make a healthy version. This one is IHOPS NewYork Cheesecake Pancakes.

It was easy, it was fun here's the finished product,
